Ricetta per macedonia – instructions:
1. To make the orange bowls, slice the oranges in half. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh of the orange, leaving behind a bowl. Trim the bottom of each orange half so the orange sits like a bowl.
2. Using the reserved orange flesh, remove segments and add to a bowl. Into a separate bowl, squeeze the juice from the oranges.
3. Prepare the strawberries by removing the stems, slicing them lengthwise and add them to the bowl.
4. Do the same with the kiwis by removing the skin, cut into cubes and add to the bowl.
5. Finally, add the fresh cut bananas and 1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice to the fruit salad.
6. Carefully toss all the fruit.
7. Divide between the orange bowls.
